Tadake Falls

A few days ago a few friends and I went to Tadake Falls (Great Falls). It is a hiking trail through a creek that ends in a beautiful waterfall with a swimming hole under it.

Me and some of my friends that went on the drive up :) It took us about n hour to get there. We were listening to Disney music most of the way. :D

This was the start of the trail. You start out having to go waist deep into the water under these branches.

The waterfall :D You can climb to the top of this and look down on everyone. If you follow the creek from the top back a little ways you will find another waterfall and swimming hole.

There is a big rock on the other side of the swimming hole that you can climb on and go behind the waterfall.

If anyone is interested in this hike, wear a bathing suit, a good pair of water shoes or shoes that have good grip that you dont mind getting wet and sunscreen.

The hike isnt very difficult, but it is through a creek so you are walking through water most of the time. The rocks are pretty slick sometimes and there are some steep inclines on the side of the creek that you can opt to climb.

They have the more difficult parts of the trail lined with rope, so even inexperienced hikers can walk this trail and feel safe about it.

 

 

 

My Birthday Partay :D

Hey Y'all!

My birthday was so much fun! We went to a place that we frequent called Gate 2 Garage. They have a live band that plays acoustic shows. I get to sing there on occasion.

The owner, Harry, got me a birthday cake ^_^

All of my friends suited up for the party!

We went to the building where we are all staying and drank some more and jammed out to some music on the stereo system!

 

Needless to say it was a great night :)

A little about my birthday day ^_^

I slept in. It was glorious. Then I set out to find a cute dress for my birthday party :) I took some pictures around town so you can get a glimpse of Japan.

Then I found this cute little shop where I got my dress.

After that, I went to lunch with my friend Steve. We went to this little vintage coffee house. I had chocolate cake and jasmine tea :P It was delicious!

On the way back we made a pit stop at a music store and had a look around.

Now I am ready to get some grub and hit the bars :) But first, Jolly Rancher Vodka ^_^ nom nom
